Dr. Drena Valentine is a visionary, author, advocate, growth strategist, and Strategic and Operations Management Expert with over 30 years of experience strengthening and transforming businesses through leadership and management skill development. Dr. Valentine is adept at analyzing and improving processes and setting strategic and management priorities to align activities with their goals and objectives. She is a results-oriented leader with exceptional business acumen skills and strategic vision resulting in operational excellence. With a passion for working with Black, minority, and women business owners, Dr. Valentine tirelessly works to improve procurement opportunities for these entrepreneurs. Receiving accolades from clients and community leaders, Dr. Valentine has been awarded the Maryland Black Chamber’s Champion for Change, the 2022 Women Making History, from the Montgomery County Commission for Women and Montgomery Women Organization. Dr. Valentine holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership.
