Amplify Mastermind is built for Certified WBEs who identify as Women of Color-Owned, are
experiencing barriers related to the racial equity gap, and are seeking support, peer accountability, and a community. If accepted, participants are expected to:

  • Attend and actively engage in all virtual Mastermind sessions, held biweekly over six months.
  • Submit a one-time $50 program Fee.
  • Seek and provide help and support to cohort partners.

Connect with a group of positive like-minded advancing entrepreneurs who will hold you accountable to your goals.

Build

Increase your visibility, build quality relationships, and gain high proximity to influencers and decision makers.

Leverage

Leverage your third party access to markets through ongoing engagement with the corporate supplier community.

Grow

Grow yourself, your earnings potential, and increase your capacity with direct feedback and open communication.

Amplify is a Mastermind program uniquely designed to engage and support Women of Color in maximizing your supplier diversity access so you can scale your business. All are welcome to apply although programming is designed in consideration of the unique experiences of Women of Color business owners, the equity gap and barriers not limited to:

  • Biases in business
  • Challenges networking
  • Lack of representation
  • Lack of resources & capital
  • Lack of mentorship

  • Masterclasses with Supplier Diversity Sponsor
  • Direct and specific feedback from Amplify Mentors
  • Planning support and peer accountability
