Lynne Marie Finn
Lynne Marie Finn serves as President and CEO of Broadleaf Results, Inc. (hereafter “Broadleaf”), a member of Aleron Group. Headquartered in Buffalo, New York and with more than 40 service locations throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, Broadleaf’s mission is to help companies deliver their most valuable asset: talent.
Broadleaf is one of the largest woman-owned workforce solutions organizations in the U.S. and provides a complement of business services, including managed service programs (MSPs) recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), independent contractor screening services, statement of work (SOW) management, employer of record/payrolling, and other workforce productivity solutions.
Finn graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was executive editor of the Law and Policy in International Business Journal, and is a Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo. Finn was also general counsel prior to becoming President and CEO of Broadleaf.
