Jeanine Pedoto
Jeanine is Vice President, Sourcing and Procurement Governance. She is recognized as a strategic leader as well as a driver of change. Jeanine is passionate about supplier governance, including risk, diversity and sustainability. In addition to her responsibilities in Souring and Procurement, Jeanine is actively involved in Prudential’s Women’s Business Resource Group and is a Board Member of the NY NJ Minority Supplier Development Council (MSDC).
In her current role, Jeanine and her team partner with category managers as well as stakeholders across Prudential to create and maintain an effective framework of policies, standards and process to govern Prudential third party spend. This Enterprise wide program drives consistent sourcing and procurement activities, furthers Prudential’s Supplier Diversity program and promotes the company’s supplier component of Prudential’s Global Environmental Commitment.
Jeanine graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a BBA in Finance and has an MBA in Investments from Fairleigh Dickinson. Jeanine currently lives in Bergen County, New Jersey with her husband and three children.
